The following is a list of rental facilities now available for both residents and non-residents. Those renting facilities are responsible for all activity set-up and clean up.

Alcohol at the Community Center requirements:
- Additional $200.00 deposit
- City Alcohol permit (Must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the event)
- A police officer (assigned by City) must be present at all times alcohol is being served and/or consumed.
- Officer must be paid fee of $35.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours, in cash upon arrival.

| * Optional $200.00 cleaning fee (There is no cleaning fee if the renter chooses to clean the facility after use, including mopping, sweeping, trash removal and returning all tables and chairs as they were found. However, cleaning fees will be taken from the deposit if the building is not cleaned properly by the renter.) |
