You will need to provide your own decoration, lighting, and extension cord. You will be responsible for adequately bracing and maintaining your decoration. The City of Bridgeport will provide electrical outlets and absorb the cost of the electricity. The displays will be on timers so they will only be illuminated during dusk and nighttime hours.

Cards should be set-up the week of Thanksgiving and should be taken down between December 27th and January 7th.

I/We do hereby release, hold harmless and forever discharge the City of Bridgeport, and its officers, agents, servants and employees of and from all damages, property damages, personal injuries, claims, suits, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the placing, repairing or removing of a Christmas Card in the Park display in Harwood Park, whether or not caused in whole or in part, by the alleged negligence of the City, its officers, agents, servants or employees.

I/We also agree to comply with the Christmas Card in the Park guidelines, a copy of which I am to receive*, in placing my/our Card.

I/We further consent to the taking of photographs, videotape or other visual reproduction of such Christmas Card in the Park display, and to the use of such visual reproductions for any advertising or marketing purpose related to the Christmas Card in the Park program.
